Monster Cookies

This recipe is halved but it still made about 30 large cookies. I was trying to replicate the ones they sell at Der Dutchman and I think these turned out really well.

Monster Cookies

• 1/2 CUP Butter
• 1/2 CUP Smooth Peanut Butter
• 1 CUP Brown Sugar
• 1 CUP Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 TSP Vanilla
• 2 CUPS Flour
• 1 TSP Baking Soda
• 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
• 1/2 TSP Salt
• 2 CUPS Rolled Oats
• 1 CUP Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 CUP M & Ms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. In large bowl mix butter, peanut butter and sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Stir into butter and sugar mixture until evenly combined. Mix in oats and chocolates. Place on cookie sheet using ice cream scoop or as large rounded balls and bake for 10-14 minutes. Remove from oven before they look completely done.
