Egg Baskets

This really isn't much of a recipe, but I think they are cute.

Egg Baskets

• Eggs
• Margarine
• Slices of Bread

Using a glass or round cookie cutter, cut center out of slices of bread. Heat margarine in skillet and place slices of bread and circles in skillet. Break an egg into the hole in each slice. Cook over low-medium heat until egg is set. Turn and cook other side of bread and circles briefly. Put bread circles on top of eggs like little hats.
