Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
- 1/2 CUP Oil
- 3/4 CUP Cocoa
- 4 TSP Butter
- 2 CUP Sugar
- 2 TSP Vanilla
- 4 Eggs
- 2 CUPS Flour
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 CUP Powdered Sugar
In large bowl mix together oil, cocoa, butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs. In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture. Let dough chill for 2 hours-overnight. After dough is chilled preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make dough into teaspoon sized balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
