Winter Lemon Cake

I cannot remember where I found this recipe, but it is really easy and pretty tasty. Although I wish the lemon taste was stronger.

Winter Lemon Cake

• Yellow Cake Mix
• 2 CUPS Cold Milk
• 1 1/4 CUP Water
• 2 PKG (4 Serving) Lemon Instant Pudding
• 1/3 CUP Sugar
• 2 TBS Powdered Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake as directed on box and pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish and set aside. Pour milk and water into large bowl. Add pudding mix and sugar and beat with whisk for 2 minutes. Pour pudding mixture over cake batter. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes and then sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
